The first stage of our process involves qualifying project feasibility. We’ll collaborate with you in reviewing your drawings, and ask questions pertaining to the geometry and intent of your part.
Foam Material Selection
Stage two involves material review and selection. At this time we’ll access placement and load deflection to better identify the right materials for your part.
After the material has been identified, we’ll help determine the best patient contact surface for your application, be it our PolyDry Healthcare Fabric or one of our PolyScan Coatings.
In creating your perfect part, we make sure to deliver timely and functional prototypes. With multiple prototyping capabilities, including 3D Printing, we can often create and ship parts within 24 hours.
Tool, Die, Mold Creation
Once your prototype is approved, we determine the manufacturing process necessary to deliver the perfect part. All tools and dies are constructed in our state of the art Engineering and Development Center.
During Production, your parts are manufactured within the requirements of the design. With a large breadth of manufacturing capabilities, your product can be fabricated or molded.
Bringing additional value to your product, we can fully assemble your parts by sourcing components and populating electronics.
We are happy to complete the processing of your order by providing any necessary specialty packaging.
