Only high tech, non-absorbing, closed-cell foams are encapsulated to ensure the highest measure of quality. The outer skin of tough vinyl is smooth and easy to wipe clean using common procedures and solutions. Without surface textures, this outer skin doesn’t trap and hold bacteria-promoting soils and body fluids. If the soft, supple skin is ever cut or torn, the inner cushion will not absorb liquids or fluids as do cheaply made products that utilize conventional upholstery materials.
Custom fabricated to meet your needs; Creative Foam Medical Systems can incorporate the use of an integrated base mounting board to attach directly to configurations of your hardware. The integrated substrate is typically inserted with T-nuts for mounting to a pre-determined fixture. The location of these T-nuts, shape, foam thickness and density are subject to your specifications.
With our without a mounting substrate, the attractive and smooth outer skin, in the color you desire, becomes an integral part of the cushioning system.
